If the season is curtailed in its entirety then the following shall apply:
If on Curtailment there has been not less than 16 Saturdays then there shall be champions, promotion, relegation and the like in accordance with normal rules. If less than 16, then none such shall be awarded or take place.
If, in the above 4 divisions, on Curtailment there has been not less than 13 Sundays then there shall be champions, promotion, relegation and the like in accordance with normal rules. If less than 13, then none such shall be awarded or take place
There is no promotion and relegation in these divisions under the normal Rules. If, on Curtailment, the club which is top of the Division at that time (the Top Club) has had not less than 70% of its fixtures for that Division (rounded down to the nearest whole number of fixtures) , then the Top Club will be Champion of that Division in the usual way (subject to the paragraphs below). If less than 70% (as so rounded down) then no Champion will be awarded in that Division.
If a Champion is to be awarded but Clubs in Contention have had a different number of fixtures, then the Champion will be determined by average number of points per fixture for the Clubs in Contention. In the case of averages being equal then joint champions will be awarded.
Clubs in Contention means the Top Club and all clubs who could mathematically finish top had they had as many fixtures as the Top Club.
Fixtures means games played and games abandoned for any reason up to the point of Curtailment.
The above does not prejudice any provisions concerning promotion or relegation as a result of the operation of the grounds and facilities document or other rules generally (eg regarding disciplinary matters, forfeiture penalties etc)
