Brooksbottom continue their unbeaten run to extend it to 13 weeks with a 65 run victory over Westleigh.

Ashley Gowers scored 107* and Dom Gowers hit 59 in Brox’s 275/7. Jameel Stuart hit 88 from 74 balls but Westleigh were ultimately bowled out for 210 with 7 overs remaining. Shaw put on an impressive batting display to pick up 6 points chasing 263 at Stayley. Steven Bird top scored with 58 for Stayley but he was outscored by Lincoln Roberts (98) and Brian Lord (91*) as Shaw chased the high target with 9.1 overs remaining.

Heaton moved up above Swinton Moorside into the top 3 after defeating them by 119 runs. Joseph Ball scored 70 as Heaton reached 248/7. Professional Tilaksha Malshan then took 5 wickets to help wrap up the victory. Whalley Range climbed out of the relegation zone with a much needed win over Elton. Ali Ismail was man of the match with 8/26 to bowl out Elton for 76, after the home side scored 206/9 in their 50 overs.

Edenfield made it two wins on the spin to move off the bottom and ahead of Uppermill. Paul Gallagher reached a ton with 107 from 139 balls, and Daniel Jenkins again starred with the ball with 6 wickets, although a last wicket partnership worth 35 gave them a scare – Edenfield eventually winning by 8 runs. Winton moved above opponents Friarmere with a 3 wicket win chasing 188 - Will Driver took 5 wickets and Curtis Hayes scored 58 for Winton.
