Saturday 15th, Saturday league fixtures (including fixtures rearranged to this date)
Clubs believing that their ground is unfit and believe it will remain so up to the latest start time on Saturday may notify the league that they wish to record the game as abandoned by emailing fixtures@gtrmcrcricket.co.uk by 8pm on Friday 14th and we will notify umpires and opponents in advance to avoid cost of travel and fees, tea costs etc for all involved.
- All games will be abandoned, 2 points each, no games can be rearranged.
Sunday 16th, Sunday League fixtures (including fixtures rearranged to this date)
Clubs believing that their ground is unfit and believe it will remain so up to the latest start time on Sunday may notify the league that they wish to record the game as abandoned by emailing fixtures@gtrmcrcricket.co.uk by 8pm on Friday 14th and we will notify umpires and opponents in advance to avoid cost of travel fees, tea costs etc for all involved.
- Sunday League matches, in accordance with normal Sunday League rules, can be rearranged once, where both clubs agree and there are vacant dates. if agreement cannot be reached, games will be abandoned, 2 points each.
- Games already rearranged to 16th cannot be rearranged again so will be abandoned 2 points each
We will assume that all games for which notification is not received will follow usual procedures of teams attending and umpires attending.
