Greater Manchester Cricket League (GMCL) is operated by the Board of Directors of Greater Manchester Cricket League Ltd, a company limited by guarantee registered at Companies House and incorporated on 19 June 2015.

Theses are the key points of the Articles of Association 

Decision making regarding the cricket league and management of the cricket league lies with the directors of the company and a majority decision of the Board. The directors may delegate any of the powers which are conferred on them under the articles.

The members of the league are the full member clubs of GMCL and they have the "reserve power" and may, by special resolution, direct the directors to take or refrain from taking specific action.

Any person, who is willing, and legally able may be appointed a director.

The directors may collectively by majority make any rule which they think fit for the management of the league, about how they take decisions and about how they record and communicate decisions.
