Denton West recorded another win after bowling out winless Monton for 71, who were 35/0 at one stage. Sub pro Sachithra Perera came out with astonishing figures of 12-6-12-9. The run chase wasn’t straight forward, Ali Nawaz taking 4 wickets, but West came home with 5 wickets remaining.

Flowery Field went big in their first innings at home to Royton. Mike Finan’s 81 from 55 balls set the tone, before Owen Feakes (72) and Ben Mason (69) continued the assault – Flowery all out in the last over for 353. Only two men made double figures for Royton, with Adam Bardsley (4/2) and Declan Feakes (3/40) doing most of the damage to see Flowery win by a massive 282 runs. Bury rose back upto 4th in the standings with a 32 run win at Heywood. The visitors were in trouble at 0-2 after the first over, but the innings was recovered by Dom Morris (63) and Alex Breckin (53) – Caleb Grant the pick of the Heywood bowlers with 3/25. Heywood looked to have recovered from 62-5 in their reply, captain Sean Burrill hitting a quick 41, but 4 wickets apiece for Breckin and Ahmed Matloob ensured Heywood fell short of their target. Stand picked up an important win over Woodhouses to move above their opponents. Woodhouses bowled out Stand for 147 – with 3 wickets for Alex Spender and Sam Whitehead, but the home side could only manage 106 in reply with Adam McGladdery taking 5/20.
