Match highlights from the semi final and final
Our congratulations go to Prestwich Heat on their Marstons GMCL20 final win over Denton West Wildcats.
Prestwich played local rivals Clifton Kingfishers in the first semi final and scored an impressive 157-8 which proved 70 runs too much for Clifton.
In the second final hosts Moorside Mavericks played the Wildcats and in a close fought encounter the Wildcats 157-8 proved 9 runs too many for for the Mavericks.
The undoubted star on the day for the Heat was Danny Pawson with 47 runs in the semi final and and unbeaten century in the final.
