Denton St Lawrence lead the table at the half way point as they bid to defend their title.
DSL chased 206 at home to Moorside, with Scott Kirwin starring with 5 wickets and 75 runs. Clifton moved up to second ahead of Roe Green after defeating them by 117 runs, despite Stephen Bliss’ 6/66, Clifton posted 246/8 and Gareth Cross took 5 wickets as Roe Green were bowled out for 129.
Heyside ended their winless run with an impressive 98 run win at Prestwich, scoring 276 in the first innings and comfortably defending it with 5 wickets for Chirag Khurana. Egerton moved into the top half with a 4 wicket win at Glodwick chasing 191, and Woodbank moved up to 7th after defending 238/8 at home to Greenfield, who fell 26 short. Astley & Tyldesley picked up an important win at Flixton, chasing 209 with 3 wickets remaining.
