CHAMPIONS: The club scoring the most points in the division at the end of the season shall be considered the Premier League Champions.
Should there be teams at the top with equal points, the team having the most outright (5 & 6 point) wins shall occupy the higher position. If the teams at the head of the table still have equal records at this point the title shall be shared. NRR is not taken into account.
RELEGATION: The 3 teams having the fewest points will be relegated unless any team in the division has failed to meet the required ground standard or will fail to meet ECB Premier League Requirements (such as insufficient junior teams). if the teams to be relegated on points have equal points, most outright (5 & 6 point) wins shall occupy the higher position, if that is equal then the team with the highest NRR (Net Run Rate) shall occupy the higher position.
PROMOTED IN: 3 teams will be promoted in from Premier 2
